Service Providers

Centre Com employs third parties for shipping out orders. 

We currently use the following service providers:

  • Australia Post
  • Star Track
  • Star Track Express


Estimated Time of Arrival

Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Melbourne. This excludes public holidays. 
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. 
If items in your order are out of stock, it will reflect in your account’s order details page. 
The Estimated Delivery Date depends on these factors:
1. Order Processing: It typically takes 1 day to prepare your order, but may take longer in some cases, eg. custom builds. 
2. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to reach you after it’s left our warehouse.
Please note:
Delivery times are approximate and they do not include order processing time. 
We do not ship outside Australia.
We cannot ship items to PO boxes if they are more than 5kg in weight.

  • 1. Please bring a photo ID and proof of purchase for collection of your order.
  • 2. All items must be paid in full online.
  • 3. Orders will only be processed after the full payment has been received by Centre Com.
  • 4. Online orders cannot be cancelled in store. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
  • 5. Warehouse pick up is only available from Mon to Fri (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • 6. Online orders cannot be collected from any of our stores.
  • 7. Please allow 7-10 working days for custom builds.

Opening Hours:

Mon-Fri: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sat: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Processing Time: Minimum 2 Business Days (Mon – Fri)

We require a minimum of 2 business days (Mon – Fri) to prepare your order after receiving payment. This means orders placed after Wednesday can only be collected the following week and not that weekend.

Once your order is ready to be picked, you will be notified via email. Please wait for this email and call our Clayton store at (03) 9543 4282 before arriving to pick up your order.

Photo ID Required for Collection

Please bring a photo ID and proof of purchase for collection of your order. If you nominate someone else to collect the order on your behalf, please inform the store in advance. The nominated person will need to produce a valid ID at the point of collection.

All Orders Must Be Paid For In Full Online

Orders will only be processed after the full payment has been received by Centre Com. All items must be paid in full online.

Public Holidays

Store opening hours may vary on public holidays. Please call the store on (03) 9543 4282 to confirm opening hours.

Changes and Cancellations

Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type, pick up date and pick up store are correct before you place your order. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, it will be sent to the designated store.


Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per kg" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Express). We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories.

Communication

Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Exclusions

Some freight offers, services and fees do not apply to certain orders, as follows:

  • Free freight offers DO NOT APPLY to dealer pricing.
  • Nationwide delivery (free & otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carrier (Australia Post or Star Track Express) and excludes areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the delivery location’s remoteness, e.g. Kangaroo Island and other extreme remote locations. If unsure please check with us first.
