To book your device in with us at Centre Com, please follow the below instructions:

  2. Register an Account (or log in if you have registered via our portal previously). Follow the prompts to set up your account.
  3. Once you are logged in, click "Create New Service Order" and follow the prompts. You can choose at the last step to either deliver the item to us, or ship the item to us. Please ensure you select "approve repair" as the last step.
  4. You can log into the repair portal to communicate with our technicians, or see the status of your repair.
