Freight Costs
- Freight charges vary per order based on delivery location and
the size of the goods ordered. Our online system has been programmed to calculate nation wide freight costs. Before you confirm your
order with our online system (the final step) the complete freight cost will be
itemised along side your order total.
Freight Carriers
Our carriers of choice are TNT Express, Star Couriers and Australia Post. All of these companies offer excellent consignment tracking
as well as professional handling of fragile goods. Our appointment of these carriers gives us the greatest level of flexibility with
regards to nation wide coverage and ensures our freight charges are highly competitive.
- Star Couriers - Cover Victoria metro and some Vic country deliveries. Any Star
Courier label/consignment numbers can be tracked by clicking here (allow
up to 24 hrs for
label check in)
- TNT Express - Covers most nationwide deliveries and all larger non Vic metro items. TNT Express reference numbers can be tracked
by clicking here (Allow up to 24 hrs for check in) IMPORTANT: To track successfully online you must choose to track by *reference* not consignment, then click on the underlined consignment number to retrieve further information.
- Australia Post - Covers any areas TNT cannot reach, any delivery addresses which are RMB or PO Box numbers & express satchel
deliveries for small parts. There are size
limitations on Australia Post orders (i.e. 19 inch monitors arent shipped). Tracking of satchels and other Auspost deliveries can
be done by calling direct on 131318.
Exclusions
Some freight offers, services and fees do not apply to certain orders, as follows:
- Free freight offers DO NOT APPLY to dealer pricing.
- Nationwide delivery(free & otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carriers (Australia Post and TNT) and excludes areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the delivery locations remoteness i.e. Kangaroo Island and other extreme remote locations. If unsure please check with us first.
