Freight Costs

• Freight charges vary per order based on delivery location and the size of the goods ordered. Our online system has been programmed to calculate nation wide freight costs. Before you confirm your order with our online system (the final step) the complete freight cost will be itemised along side your order total.

Freight Carriers

Currently, we use T.N.T Express whom offer excellent consignment tracking as well as professional handling of fragile goods. By using TNT Express, we are able to provide a high level of flexibility and quality with regards to nation wide delivery.

Exclusions

Some freight offers, services and fees do not apply to certain orders, as follows:

• At the current time, customers are unable to choose which courier company they would prefer as their courier provider. Unfortunately at this point in time our courier service does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Free freight offers DO NOT APPLY to dealer pricing.
• Nationwide delivery(free & otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carrier (T.N.T Express) and excludes areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the delivery locations remoteness i.e. Kangaroo Island and other extreme remote locations. If unsure please check with us first.
