Why does Centre Com require this information? Other vendors don't!

At Centre Com we take online security seriously. All customer information is held securely, and all orders are processed over a secure and encrypted link. Similarly, credit card usage, customer security & fraud has become a major issue for online merchants since the inception of e-trade.

Due to a high level of internet fraud with credit cards, a number of requirements need be met before we can process your card online, and before we can dispatch your order.

This is to ensure that card holders are protected, and also to protect against fraudulent transactions.

We apologize for any inconvenience, we only need to complete the process once then you can use your card to order from us at any other time and have your goods shipped instantly. Unfortunately we cannot accept any credit card orders without the required information.

Centre Com has never inconvenienced an innocent card holder whose card has been stolen or number has been exposed by making a transaction to their card. The same can not to be said for most online merchants, who carelessly run any number they receive. We have also never been involved in a banking dispute regarding the usage of a credit card.

Remember... you only need to complete this once! Then either fax the sheet(s) to us on (03)9311 7601, email scans to us at sales@centrecom.com.au or post the copies off to Centre Com Online, 128 Hampshire Rd, Sunshine VIC 3020.

NOTE: A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments due to our amazingly low margains and bank overheads associated with credit transactions. This surcharge is not negotiable and to avoid payment you might prefer to use one of the other payment methods.
